Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers aqueductmedya.com only — our marketing website. It is not the privacy policy for any Aqueduct Medya app or game; each of those has its own, listed on the Legal page, written for what that specific product actually collects.
This site has no account system and no analytics tracking script. The only thing it collects is what you type into the contact form, and font files load from Google.

The contact form
The "Book a free tech-visit" form on the homepage sends the name, email address, and message you enter to Netlify Forms, the form-handling feature of our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.). We read submissions to reply to your enquiry — that's the only use. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell the submission, or share it with anyone outside Aqueduct Medya. A hidden honeypot field (invisible to you) helps filter automated spam submissions; it collects nothing from real visitors.
You can always skip the form and email us directly instead.
Hosting and fonts
This site is hosted on Netlify, which — like any web host — processes standard connection information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to serve the pages and keep the service secure and reliable. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Page text uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers to fetch them, exposing your IP address to Google in the same way it would for any external resource. See Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking script on this site, and we do not set our own cookies. If that ever changes — for example, if we add aggregate traffic analytics — this page will be updated first, with a description of exactly what's added.
Children
This website is a company marketing site, not directed at children, and the contact form is not intended for use by children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the information in a contact-form submission you sent us. Email aqueductmedya@gmail.com with your name and the approximate date you wrote in, and we'll locate and delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
